YTT Exploration of Mantra and Sound in Audubon, NJ

Come explore the many aspects and energies of Life that are reflected by the Deities throughout Vedic Philosophy at Live in Joy.

How does sounding the Divine names apply to us as yoga teachers within this our modern day world?

By sounding the names both in silent meditation or in a group gathering, how do our bodies, minds and hearts respond?

Taking notice… living alive.

Sunday Kirtan at the Sanctuary ~ Cherry Hill, NJ.

I am excited to offer Kirtan at the Sanctuary in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

This is a recovery facility that provides comprehensive treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders.

After attending one of my kirtans, Alexa Melhado, owner of the Sanctuary invited me to bring the healing of chant to her community. Musicians Shawn Hennessey and Martin Orimenko will be joining me.

If you are in the area, come share in our love of chant!

Heart of Bhakti Workshop

Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of ‘Love’.

A practice that asks for a whole heart to enter with willingness and pure intention.

Chanting the names of the Divine or the many names of God can bring moments of wonder and connectivity to the ‘Beloved.’

This 3 hour workshop will explore this growing limb of yoga with ancient Sanskrit mantras repeated in ‘call and response’ song.

No vocal ability is required. No experience necessary. Just an open heart and beginners mind.
